In the rare event that you are not satisfied with our product, you can simply contact us with your purchase details within 2 days of you receiving your order.
We do not allow Refund and Cancellation of orders once placed. The customer is eligible to exchange the product as per our exchange policy. We will offer store credit for any unused and undamaged merchandise in its original packing which will be valid for a period of 100 days from the date of issue. We take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service.
Return of such merchandise should be initiated and received by Studio Ayana within 5 days for orders within India and 10 days for orders outside India. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable. Shipping charges for returns shall be borne by the customers.
We don’t accept returns of products purchased from the SALE section. Customised products, Saris that have tassles made, fall stitched – either by you or by us for you – CANNOT BE EXCHANGED.
